Join our Bridge Builders Circle and become a part of a community doing something truly transformative.
Bridge Builders provide the steady, reliable foundation that allows Community Bridges to deliver essential services, expand equitable access to resources, and advocate for the health and dignity of thousands of local children, families, and seniors each year.
When you become a Bridge Builder, you’re not just making a donation: you’re joining a circle of compassionate neighbors committed to building the kind of world we want to live in. One where every person has the opportunity to reach their full potential.
Most of our members give between $25-$100 per month, creating meaningful impact in a way that fits comfortably into their budget.
How it works:
It’s simple! Just complete the form below and each month your contribution is transferred from your credit card to Community Bridges. You can increase, decrease, or suspend your gift at any time by contacting donations@cbridges.org or (831) 688-8840 x 205.
Your recurring support allows Community Bridges to respond to urgent needs today while planning responsibly for tomorrow. By becoming a Bridge Builder, you help:
Provide transportation for seniors and individuals with mobility challenges
Ensuring neighbors can reach medical appointments, grocery stores, and vital social support.
Deliver fresh, nutritious food to families facing food insecurity
Because healthy food is a basic right, not a privilege.
Offer early education, literacy, and tutoring programs
Giving local children the tools they need to grow, learn, and succeed.
Support health access and adult day health care
Promoting dignity and independence for older adults and adults with disabilities.
Provide crisis support, case management, and safety-net services
Helping families rebuild stability and hope during life’s most challenging moments.
This is the power of the Bridge Builders Circle: dependable philanthropy that thousands rely on every year.
Bridge Builders make the greatest long-term impact because:
Your gift is sustainable. Predictable support allows us to plan ahead and respond quickly to a crisis.
Your support goes further. Small monthly contributions create significant annual change.
You help keep services free or low-cost for those who need them most.
You fuel equity and dignity. Your reliable contribution strengthens programs that break down barriers and open doors for all ages.
Together, we are building a stronger, healthier, more equitable Santa Cruz County.

Monthly donations help ensure Lift Line participants can get to where they need to go, from their medical appointments to Meals on Wheels dining sites to the grocery store.
When you join the Bridge Builders Circle, you’ll receive a digital (and optional physical) Bridge Builders Membership Card, which is a symbol of your ongoing commitment to local impact.
Your card is more than a gesture. It’s your invitation into a community of changemakers.
As a Bridge Builder, you’ll receive:
These gatherings are intentionally welcoming and community-centered. A space to celebrate what consistent generosity makes possible.
This is where philanthropy becomes community.
Becoming a Bridge Builder is one of the most powerful ways to support Community Bridges. It provides predictable funding that helps sustain life-saving programs year-round and allows you to have predictable and manageable contributions.
It’s impact you can plan for and we can count on.
Unless you specify to support a specific program, your gift supports all 10 Community Bridges essential programs, delivering essential resources across 20 sites along the Central Coast, such as delivering food access, transportation, crisis support, early education, health services, and senior care, natural disaster support, and family support. As a Bridge Builder, you help ensure these services remain accessible to everyone, at every stage of life.
Absolutely. You can cancel your monthly gift at any time, and you can restart your gift with a different amount in order to increase or decrease your monthly gift. We want giving to feel easy, flexible, and aligned with your goals.
Yes. You’ll receive a consolidated annual tax receipt summarizing your contributions for your records, and you can request one anytime. We make it simple and paperless so you can focus on the impact you’re making. You may also request documentation at any time.
