Full-time (27.5 hrs/wk or more), regular status: 

• • For employees: shared cost medical, dental, vision, and life insurance. This benefit package is valued at $16,185/year 
  • First year: 16 vacation days and 11 holidays, with accrual based on scheduled hrs/wk  
  • Sick leave: approximately 1 day/month, with accrual based on scheduled hrs/wk  
    • May be eligible to earn up to 4 Wellness Floaters per year after satisfying all eligibility requirements.
