Being a part of the Community Bridges family makes you eligible for a robust benefits package that includes sick leave, vacation time, and a 401(k) retirement plan, depending on your employment status.

Benefits Packages

Full-time (27.5 hrs/wk or more), regular status: 

    • For employees: shared cost medical, dental, vision, and life insurance. This benefit package is valued at $16,185/year 
    • First year: 16 vacation days and 11 holidays, with accrual based on scheduled hrs/wk  
    • Sick leave: approximately 1 day/month, with accrual based on scheduled hrs/wk  
      • May be eligible to earn up to 4 Wellness Floaters per year after satisfying all eligibility requirements.  
    • 401(k) Retirement Plan: Agency matches employee contribution up to 5% of annual salary, effective during open enrollment period.   
    • Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for Health Care and Dependent Care
    • Employee Assistance Program 

Part-time, regular status: 

    • First year: 16 vacation days and 11 holidays, with accrual based on scheduled hrs/wk  
    • Sick leave accrued based on scheduled hrs/wk  
    • May be eligible for up to 4 Wellness Floaters per year after satisfying all eligibility requirements 
    • 401(k) Retirement Plan: Agency matches employee contribution up to 5% of annual salary, effective during open enrollment period

Limited-term:

    • Eligible for paid sick leave
