Community Bridges’ 2nd Annual Farm to Fork Dinner Gala

Save the date! You’re invited to Community Bridges’ second annual Farm to Fork Gala Dinner, supporting all 10 of our programs, and the 22,000 local children, families and seniors we serve. Join us for live music, a live auction, and a locally sourced gourmet dinner as we celebrate our 40th anniversary!  Join the Family Resource Collective for the Human Race

The Human Race is a five-mile walk or run along West Cliff Drive on Saturday, May 13th. Every year, The Human Race brings community members together in an effort to raise funds to support the work of dozens of local nonprofits. This event will include a t-shirt, live music, family-friendly activities, and more!

We want YOU on our team! Each of our four family resource centers has a goal, and we need your help to reach them!

Live Oak Community Resources is raising $2,000 for a Healing and Resilience workshop series for children of immigrant parents. Click to join the Live Oak Community Resources team.

La Manzana Community Resources is raising $1,000 to provide services such as literacy classes, a workshop for parents on how to speak with children about immigration issues, and field trips for children with special needs through our Renacer group. Mountain Community Resources is raising $1,000 to provide healthy snacks, arts and crafts materials, and age-appropriate toys for our Together in the Park program. Click to join the Mountain Community Resources team.

Nueva Vista Community Resources is raising $1,000 for youth activities such as a gardening and nutrition education program, a summer camp experience for our Summer Fun! program, and supplies in our afterschool program. Click to join the Nueva Vista Community Resources team.

You can enter the event by donating or fundraising at least $35. Even if you can’t make it for the day-of festivities, you can still donate to help support your team, allowing us to continue to offer Santa Cruz County families the support they need to thrive.
