The 11th Annual Farm to Fork Gala

This annual milestone celebrates the collective impact of our eleven programs and the community that makes this work possible. This special evening brings together supporters, partners, and champions for a memorable night of fine regional wines, seasonal cuisine, and a vibrant live and silent auction with exclusive experiences in a beautiful coastal setting. 

Community Bridges brings together a network of vital programs supporting the basic needs of local children, families, and seniors. Through this collaboration, our programs respond to challenges to strengthen the health and resilience of our entire community. 

Together, our programs work hand in hand to strengthen the bodies, minds, and connections of families across generations. From nutrition programs and early childhood education, to parenting, counseling, healthcare navigation, and transportation, Community Bridges meets the moment to ensure families have the resources they need to thrive.
