The 11th Annual Farm to Fork Gala

Celebrating local food, wine, and community impact.

Saturday, June 27, 2026 from 5pm to 9pm

Seascape Golf Club, 610 Clubhouse Dr, Aptos

The Farm to Fork Gala celebrates the collective impact of our ten programs and the community that makes this work possible. This special evening brings together supporters, partners, and champions for a memorable night of fine regional wines, seasonal cuisine, and a vibrant live and silent auction with exclusive experiences in a beautiful coastal setting.

Community Bridges brings together a network of vital programs supporting the basic needs of local children, families, and seniors. Through this collaboration, our programs respond to challenges to strengthen the health and resilience of our entire community.

Together, our programs work hand in hand to strengthen the bodies, minds, and connections of families across generations. From nutrition programs and early childhood education, to parenting, counseling, healthcare navigation, and transportation, Community Bridges meets the moment to ensure families have the resources they need to thrive.

Join us as we unite our voices at the 11th Annual Farm to Fork Gala, on Saturday, June 27, 2026, at Seascape Golf Club in Aptos. For more information, please contact us at donations@cbridges.org or 831-688-8840 ext. 205.

Food insecurity affects families and seniors right here in our community, often in ways that aren’t immediately visible. In Santa Cruz County, about 12.4% of residents are food insecure and roughly 13.8% of children experience food insecurity, meaning many households struggle to afford enough healthy food. (datasharescc.org)Learning about this local need is one step toward building a more supportive community.👉Read more about why nutrition matters and National Nutrition Month: eatright.org/about-national-nutrition-month#CommunityCare #HealthEquity #StrongerTogether #MeetTheMoment #CommunityBridges ...
