Join us for the 10th Annual Farm to Fork Gala

Celebrating 10 years of local food, fine wine, and community impact.

Saturday, June 28, 2025 from 5pm to 9pm

Seascape Golf Club, 610 Clubhouse Dr, Aptos

The 10th Annual Farm to Fork Gala marks a decade of celebrating Community Bridges’ mission to deliver essential services and resources across Santa Cruz County and the Monterey Bay Area. Your support raises vital funds that directly impact the lives of more than 20,000 local children, families, and older adults.

This special milestone event brings together supporters for an elegant evening of sunset sea breezes, a locally sourced seasonal gourmet menu, fine regional wines, and a vibrant live and silent auction featuring exclusive excursions, and live music—all in the company of fellow community champions.

A lot can happen in 10 years—and the past decade at Community Bridges is living proof. Thanks to the generosity of supporters like you, we have expanded our impact in ways once unimaginable. From securing a permanent home in downtown Watsonville to establishing a Lift Line bus yard and building a state-of-the-art facility for Elderday, our growth has strengthened our ability to serve.

Your generosity has powered every step forward, helping us navigate fires, floods, pandemics, and economic downturns while expanding critical services like mental health counseling, eviction defense, and emergency response.

In the last decade, together we have delivered nearly two million meals to seniors, provided hundreds of thousands of accessible rides, supported tens of thousands of families, and distributed nearly one million bags of food to those facing hunger.

Join us in celebrating these incredible achievements at our 10th Annual Farm to Fork Gala on Saturday, June 28, 2025, at Seascape Golf Club in Aptos. Sponsorship opportunities are available, and auction items are another great way for your business to support. Contact donations@cbridges.org or call 831-688-8840 ext. 205.

🌸 April is National Volunteer Month — a time to recognize the heart and dedication of those who give their time to uplift others. At Elderday, we’re incredibly grateful for the volunteers who bring compassion, connection, and joy to our community. Every Thursday, our loyal and dedicated Elena Sprenger and Gloria Palomo lead our Prayer Circle group from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Their presence is a true blessing to everyone who joins. ✨Elena shares:“My mom came here, and when she passed away, I felt in my heart that I had to do something. I taught catechism to kids for 16 years. After I stopped, I started volunteering with Elderday. This year marks my 13th year with them. I know everyone here, and I really love it. Gloria’s husband used to go to Elderday too before he passed, and now she helps me as well.” It’s stories like these that show how powerful volunteering can be — not just for those receiving support, but for those giving it. 🙋‍♀️ Want to get involved?Learn more about Elderday: communitybridges.org/elderdayOr find out how you can volunteer: communitybridges.org/volunteer ...
