Drive Your Message Home. Keep Your Community Connected.

Sponsor a Lift Line Vehicle and Help Keep Seniors and People with Disabilities on the Road to Independence.

Every morning on the Central Coast, Lift Line vans hit the road with a mission: to make sure no senior or person with a disability is left behind. They travel winding mountain roads, coastal highways, and bustling downtown streets—not just delivering passengers, but delivering peace of mind, freedom, and connection.

For many of Lift Line’s participants, this ride is more than just a trip to the doctor or the grocery store—it’s their only safe, reliable way to stay healthy, independent, and engaged in the community.

Now, your business has the opportunity to be part of that journey.

Through the Lift Line Vehicle Sponsorship Program, local companies can place their message on the back of a Lift Line van—putting their brand in motion while helping hundreds of neighbors access essential services. It’s not just advertising. It’s a moving statement of support for a more connected, more compassionate community.

Why Sponsor a Lift Line Vehicle?

Sponsoring a Lift Line van means your company’s ad will travel across Santa Cruz, Monterey, and San Benito counties and beyond every weekday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., seen by thousands of local residents along busy roadways, neighborhoods, and at community events.

Along with making trips throughout the Cental Coast, Lift Line also provides medical transportation throughout the Bay Area, such as Stanford and UCSF.

The best part: Your sponsorship doesn’t just advertise your business—it directly supports more than 700 local seniors and individuals with disabilities who count on Lift Line to stay mobile and engaged in their communities.

What’s Included?

  • 12-Month Sponsorship: $2,400 per vehicle
    • New sponsors also have one-time $500 installation fee for printing and installation
  • High-Visibility Ad Placement: Full-color ad (approx. 33” x 62”) displayed on the back of a Lift Line vehicle
  • Durable Materials: Printed on weather-resistant vinyl for long-lasting impact
  • Optional Design Support: $150 for a custom ad created by Community Bridges’ team

A Cause Worth Driving Home

In Santa Cruz County, where nearly 20% of the population is over the age of 65 and thousands live with mobility challenges, access to safe, reliable, and affordable transportation is not just a convenience—it’s a necessity.

Without services like Lift Line, many residents would be unable to get to the doctor, pick up prescriptions, attend community events, or even buy groceries. Public transportation doesn’t always reach rural or underserved areas, and for those with physical or cognitive limitations, navigating traditional transit options can be overwhelming or impossible.

Lift Line bridges this gap, providing more than 60,000 rides each year for individuals who might otherwise be homebound or forced to delay critical care. It reduces isolation, improves health outcomes, and ensures everyone has the opportunity to stay connected to their community.

Sponsoring a Lift Line vehicle puts you and your business’ values into action and on display, helping to keep our most vulnerable neighbors moving forward with confidence and care.

Food insecurity affects families and seniors right here in our community, often in ways that aren’t immediately visible. In Santa Cruz County, about 12.4% of residents are food insecure and roughly 13.8% of children experience food insecurity, meaning many households struggle to afford enough healthy food. (datasharescc.org)Learning about this local need is one step toward building a more supportive community.👉Read more about why nutrition matters and National Nutrition Month: eatright.org/about-national-nutrition-month#CommunityCare #HealthEquity #StrongerTogether #MeetTheMoment #CommunityBridges ...
