“I was a participant here before becoming a Breastfeeding Peer Counselor. I remember when I had my daughter, I didn’t know I had all this support. I feel really lucky to be able to offer it to others now. I go to the hospital twice a week to help new mothers with breastfeeding and healthy ways to eat. It’s the best job I can imagine.”
